Marcus & Millichap = All Time High --

The Chart of the Day belongs to Marcus & Millchap (MMI). I found the Specialty Real Estate Brokerage stock by using Barchart to sort today's All Time High list for the stocks with the highest Weighted Alpha, then looked for the stocks with at least 80% technical buy signals. I then used the Flipchart feature to review the charts. Since the Trend Spotter signaled a buy on 7/20 the stock gained 7.40%.
